I will explain with an example: Imagine you need to copy a file to all IP addresses. I don't want to click every scanned item. I just want to use all IP addresses in a batch program for example. Other parameters would be nice, so if port 5900 responses then I just only process that IP in my batch. In my example I just simply reassign VNC settings to only related hosts -which one responds at port 5900.

If so, this tool will be a great tool.

Added in version 4.4.7. You can filter out the machines you need (say those with port 5900 open) and then select them and choose Actions - Create Batch File.
