Hello Andrew,
First, I want to thank you for the very nice application. It is really amazing.
The problem is that I installed NetWorx on a PC (that PC has only one user account which is the Admin) then I changed then name of the user account (for example: X to Y), but NetWorx still shows the old user account name (X) even though I reinstalled Networx on that PC.

Is there anything that can be done?

Okay, I have found a workaround here.
