Each hour-two appear a message:
<TDiskDB.FetchTable : the database file is locked: database is locked>
Is it bug?
PS. WinXP SP3, Comodo internet security.
Yes, this seems to be a bug. Are you using the latest version 4.5.2 or an older version?
4.5.2.
Networx been installed in add to another traffic-controller, to test. Then first prog was deleted.
May be reinstalling neworx will help?
Another program cannot cause that. Please install build 4.5.3 from the
homepage, the problem should be fixed now.
Yes v 4.53 installation was helpfull. The same message now appears only once in day.
My mistake - not helped.
Try the latest version 4.6, it must work better
I'm using the 4.6.3 version on two Vista x64 machines and I'm getting the same error.
I have Networx installed on a thin client running XPe and I receive no error messages. My guess is it has something to do with Vista? But what do I know

.
Anyway other than the couple of times a day error message this is a GREAT program and I can now keep
better track of my usage (thanks to the cap limit imposed by Comcast).
Thanks again for the GREAT program.
This may also be happening if you have got anti-virus software installed, which may block the file for a virus check and cause NetWorx to fail on the locks.
Any work around without turning AV off. I'm running Kaspersky Internet Security on my main Vista machine and free AVG on the Vista laptop.
If not no big thing like I said earlier I just cancel it out and it still keeps stats.

Just configure the anti-virus software not to check the NetWorx database file. Add this path (may be slightly different on your system to the ignore list):
Windows XP: c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SoftPerfect\NetWorx
Windows Vista: C:\ProgramData\SoftPerfect\NetWorx
