Files

You can specify what types of files are to be included or excluded during indexing using a standard wildcard system. For example, the configuration shown below will index most Microsoft Office documents. An asterisk matches any number of any characters. A question mark matches a single character. These special symbols are known as wildcards. Please note that there is a separate feature for including or excluding folders.
