Printing queue management

Printing queue management 16 October 2018, 12:15

We are a large private school, and since our print volume regularly gets out of hand, we would like to establish an automatic management system. Nothing too elaborate, rights are already assigned through the domain.

Additionally, we would like to manage the print jobs according to the type of document. Would the Queue Management feature of the Print Inspector be able to do so, at best even automatically?

The queue management feature is fairly basic. It allows you to suspend, cancel or restart jobs, but there is no automatic management based on the type of documents.

If there are any specific actions you want to do on print jobs according to their type, please let us know.
