Started by cti

I am seeing this error (Unhandled Exception: Assertion failure in Core.Treedata line 351 error) while using the Netscan 64bit on Windows 7. Is anyone else seeing this error?

No. What exactly are you trying to do with it?

No clue if this is the problem: I have seen a similar error when an application is launched from a flash drive and the flash drive is going bad, is bad, or has issues reading fast enough. If you are launching NetScan from a flash drive try copying it to the computers hard drive and re-launch if it works problem solved. laugh

The error pops up at random times during a net scan. I am not running it from a flash drive as it is installed on the HD of my workstation.

Please try this debug version. If the above error occurs again, it will send us a bug report, which hopefully can shed some light on this issue.

Here is the complete error message:

Unhandled exception : Assertion failure

(G:[Dev]\netscan\Core.TreeData.pas, line 351)

I do not have a G: on this workstation
Intel core i5 8gb mem.

I receive the same message on Server 2012

FYI your link to download a debug version expired

I have re-uploaded the debug version. Please download the new build and give it a go. If this bug takes place, the application should send us a bug report.
