Error "not a valid GUID value"

Error "not a valid GUID value" 21 April 2015, 19:37

Hi,

I have been using Netscan for several years and are currently running it on a PC with Windows 8.1. I just downloaded the latest version and when i launch 64 bit version (as i have had installed on this PC for months) of netscan.exe i get errors: '' is not a valid GUID value

And when that message is confirmed i get: "Access violation at address 0000000000A0E34C in module 'netscan.exe' Read of address: 0000000000000000"

The last message comes every time i try to do anything in Network Scanner and even when i try to close it, i have to kill the process.
