Windows 10: 'Access violation in module netscan'   16 February 2016, 17:26

Netscan reports for some time at the launching on Windows 10 'access violation at... in modules 'netscan'

I have several old versions tried. The error remains.

'Argument out of range' is the first message when starting netscan.
'Access Violation ..' the second.

This could be virtually anything. In order to be able to troubleshot this issue, please download this file, run it and if the error occurs, it would give you an option to save a bug report.

Then simply post it here and I will be able to tell what's happening.
No problems with this Version, only SmartScreen exception required.

When I use the usual download version in 32 and 64bit, with error again

Well, this build is identical to version 6.1.1 except it has debug information.

I recommend to try version 6.1.1 available from the home page.

If the error occurs again, try deleting the config file netscan.xml, it is either in the executable's folder or under the Documents folder.
Deleting XML in the documents folder solved the problem, thank you.
