Is there a limit on devices for scanning?   12 April 2016, 01:35

Just wondering, is there a limit of 400 devices when scanning? If so, is there a way to overcome it? I'm trying to get a list of certain models of pc along with some WMI information. We have significantly more devices than 400 but it seems to stop scanning there every time.

What exactly happens when you hit 400 devices?

You may have your thread set to 400 and it stops until the software can resolve the treads to move on. Just a thought. -WS

Thanks, guys. Not sure what caused it to stop there. I'll keep working at it. It wasn't giving an error message, just never going up.
