Access violation in module 'netscan.exe' - Fixed   11 June 2018, 10:56

Just downloaded the latest version of NetworkScanner 7.1.5 (64-bit) and seeing this error message at every startup:
"Access violation at address 00000000005AEE78 in module 'netscan.exe'. Read of address 0000000000000460."

Using Windows 10 1803.

Apologies, this bug related to automatic updates accidentally sneaked into the release.

Please download a fresh copy from Network Scanner home page, install it over your current Network Scanner, and the problem should be gone.

Did you ever finalize and release 7.1.6? I downloaded it as one of your preliminary builds and it works well but I notice that 7.1.5 is the version in the download section of the site. Note: it has the same error as reported above. I just click through it. Thanks -WS

We decided to publish a new build of 7.1.5 instead of releasing 7.1.6 to fix this Access Violation error, which also includes all prior changes initially planned for 7.1.6.

Simply download the newest 7.1.5 files from the Network Scanner page: it now includes all the latest fixes and updates, including HTTPS for Remote XML.
