Our organization handle a public library, we need to track how many users use the WiFi service.

Do you guys have any tool that help us to track this info?

There are a couple of options you could use:
  1. You can scan your WiFi IP address range with our network scanner. The number of detected address should be very close to the number of WiFi users. You can also automate the scanning via the command line interface.
  2. If your access points support SNMP reporting, you may be able to pull the number of users from their SNMP tables with something like PRTG monitor.
