When I try to define some SNMP, the MIB browser is empty and displays a message about putting the MIB inside the netscan folder in mib folder.

I'm running the portable edition on win10. Can you give some more information about how SNMP MIB behave/work? If a portable local folder is created, does netscan continue to see Windows internal MIBs?

The installed version comes with a set of basic MIB files and everything should work "out of the box".

For the portable version however you would need to place these files in \Mibs sub-folder. I have attached the required MIB files to this message.
