Some computer information is missing 15 November 2019, 23:29

Dear SoftPerfect,

When I scan the IP addresses, there is some information missing on some IPs compared to others, such as CPU Make, Computer Model, RAM size, Serial number, etc; see the picture below:

Do some of the affected computers' services need to be turned on?

You can see there are RPC errors in the line with missing information. It is likely to be caused by a firewall. Please see this Microsoft article about troubleshooting WMI connectivity.

Also, you most likely need to run the NetScanner as a domain admin to be able to extract data from remote PCs.
