License for occasional use at multiple customer sites

We really like Netscan and want to support the product. However, the licensing isn't really in line with our model. We are an IT company and use Netscan as needed on a random machine here or there, at different customer sites. Never all at once, or more than once at a time.

We don't fall into the single-use business license because we typically use it on different machines and never again on that machine (there are some exceptions). I don't necessarily want to uninstall on every machine.

We don't fall into the up to 10 license, because I'll use it on more than just 10 machines throughout the year (we probably use Netscan 1-2 times a month).

In this case, a single device licence and the portable edition of the software is all you need.

With that, you will be able to deploy Network Scanner at a customer machine whenever needed and run in there. It's okay to leave it there temporarily and run another copy on a different machine if you need to. As long as they are not used at the same time, or by other people/company, one licence is sufficient.

It's best to use the portable edition, so the licence key and all settings are carried with the application file, and it can be simply launched from a folder at each new location.
