GUI elements move out of place

GUI elements move out of place   14 April 2023, 00:34

Good day,

I have to restart my Netscanner 3 or more times a day because the GUI is messed up after a while.

After a scan I right-click on a device and I only see a small square. Also when I want to use the toolbar I get a very small list with little icons in it.

Is this a known problem?

No, it's not something we are aware of.

Please mention what version of the Network Scanner you are using, on what system, and attach some screenshots illustrating the issue.

Good morning,

I'll keep the application open today and as soon as I have the issue I will take a screenshot.

I had the problem with version: 8.1.5 and I upgraded to 8.1.6. I hope will not happen now, but I keep track of it.

Thank you in advance.

Jim

Here is the photo. This is with version 8.1.5.

I'll update you on the 8.1.6.

That looks odd indeed.

Did you do anything specific for it to become so messed up?
Is there a specific action or a sequence of actions that leads to this?

Good morning,

It seems with version 8.1.6 it's not an issue anymore. I have it open all day and have no problems with GUI.

Thanks for letting us know. It was probably an issue in the third-party GUI library that has been fixed.
