How to make the license available to all server users

We purchased a license for our server. When I installed the software I ran the application as administrator and entered the license key. When I run it on my profile it works fine, but other users on the server don't have the licensed version available to them.
Following the online help tips I created a netscan.lic file and put it in the directory with the executable, bit it still doesn't show the license info to other users. What should I do?

Putting netscan.lic into the folder with the executable works for the portable edition, but the installed edition uses a different location. To make your key work across all users of the installed edition on your server, you should copy your licence file from

C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Roaming\SoftPerfect Network Scanner\netscan.lic

to

%PROGRAMDATA%\SoftPerfect Network Scanner\netscan.lic

Once the file is in the ProgramData folder, the licence info will be picked up by the application for any user who logs into the server.
