Portable version of RAM Disk

Portable version of RAM Disk 04 April 2013, 16:43

Is there any possibility of creating a portable version of this application that can be copied to a USB memory stick? I have tried to use the files in the installation directory only, but it is giving me an error (probably needs a file(s) in \windows\system32. Any advice - this is a really useful program.

No, because it requires the installation of a driver that starts at system boot.

So we have to reboot Windows to use RAM Disk?

No, but it would require the drivers to be installed (administrative privileges), and they keep running until the reboot when uninstalled.
