Creation of image file failed

Image file creation fails in a certain environment(environment2) after updated to version 3.4.5. (from 3.4.2 or 3.4.3)
What should I do?

procedure:
1. [Image] - [Create Image...]
2. Input filename, type, size, file system and OK
3. then "Creation of image file failed" (this happens regardless of No2 options)

message detail:
Creation of image file failed
1 Incorrect function

event log:
(no log)

common environment:
Windows7 Professional SP1

environment1(success):
Hardware RAID 1(500GB)
Disk Sector Size 512 Bytes
RAID Logical Sector Size 512 Bytes
MBR Disk Type
NTFS Allocation Unit Size 4096 Bytes

environment2(failure):
Hardware RAID 1(3TB)
Disk Sector Size 512 Bytes
RAID Logical Sector Size 1 KBytes
GPT Disk Type
NTFS Allocation Unit Size 8192 Bytes

It looks like there's an issue with a file filter or something. In order to help us identify the issue please do the following:

1. Download the latest process monitor.
2. Configure it to record file activity only (no need to capture registry operations or anything else).
3. Open the Create Image dialog in the RAM Disk and fill in your desired image details.
4. Start capturing file system activity in the Process Monitor and click OK to initiate image creation.
5. Stop capturing file system activity once the error has message popped up.
6. Post the log here or email to developers at softperfect.com

I see the problem: it is related to non-standard sector size (1024 bytes).
