Low READ/WRITE benchmark values on IBM server 16 January 2015, 23:12 |

Hi Experts,
RamDisk benchmark values are low on server : IBM System x3850 X5 (4 * Xeon E7- 4870) with 32 * 16 GB= 512 Gb of ECC RAM.
Channel wise, RAM on this server is configured optimally. This server is having windows server 2012.
While the RamDisk gives exceptional values if it is run on laptop (win 7) with i5 CPU and 8GB RAM.
I have attached the CrystalDiskMark screenshots taken from server and the laptop.
Thank you!

Local disk of server performed better after configuring it as RAID 0. Now these values are better than laptop for local disk.
But still the RamDisk values are much low. Server does not have any antivirus.
I have attached latest disk mark screen shots.
No clue what is causing this. Is it because of ecc ram or numa? or any any other cause?
