Hello
RAM Disk always says "You're running this application as a regular user and you cannot change any settings". I'm running it as admin. Tried right-click -> run as Administrator, tried to run from the elevated prompt, tried compatibility settings. All the same. Re-install does not help also.
Windows 8.0 32-bit, RAM Disk 3.4.6
I tried to find the RAMDiskWS.xml but no in the softperfect dir, so i create it and reboot still cannot bypass the admin check.

I am not sure how this happened, but here is how to fix it:
You may have to turn on showing hidden files to access that folders and here is how to do so.
Hope this helps.
- Quit the RAM disk application.
- Open the following file in Notepad C:\ProgramData\SoftPerfect\RamDiskWS\ramdiskws.xml
- Change the following line:
<useraccess>false</useraccess>
to
<useraccess>true</useraccess> - Start the RAM disk application again.

1) the program dir in my computer is
C:\Program Files\SoftPerfect RAM Disk\
and under this dir I can't find any .xml file even I enabled the show hidden option
2) even I can't find I created that xml file and added
<useraccess>true</useraccess> to the empty file
then start the ramdisk again ... still appear the msg box said I am not Administrator
