How to create a dynamic (not static cise !) RAM disk for Windows 8.1, and correctly transfer to it WINDOWS\TEMP folder?

To avoid such a situation I'd like to have a DYNAMIC RAM disk. Is it possible with Softperfect ?

I found an article about a tool which is able to create a dynamic ram disk and also is has some nice options to auto start on windows start: IMDisk Toolkit and how to use it.
