Is it possible to remount an active ramdisk via command line? Like: stop an active ramdisk, empty and restart it again?

There is no switch for that.

You can send /unmount:R and then in a few seconds /mount:R, perhaps through a batch file.

A delay can be made with something like TIMEOUT /T 10.
