When I try to install SoftPerfect RAM disk, I get this message:

Found an older version of the RAM Disk installed on your computer.
You must uninstall it before you install this update. Please to the following:
* Backup your configuration to an XML file.
* Uninstall the currently installed version.
* Restart the computer and launch this installer again.

I did everything as written there, but it didn't help. What should I do?
