We installed the RAMDisk on multiple PCs and added the license. Our license is for unlimited devices. However some computers are losing their license and reverting to a trial version.
This issue may be caused by a corrupted or missing configuration file located at:
%PROGRAMDATA%\SoftPerfect\RAM Disk\ramdisk.xml
Could you please check that file on one of the affected machines?
If it's empty, damaged, or missing, the application may not be able to load the licence details and will revert to trial mode. Let me know what you find.
