Switch port map no longer shows connection lines

The program was showing switch A <-> switch B on the map with lines and port numbers, but now, for some reason, it is not showing the lines. What did we do wrong, and how do we fix this?

The Topology Map draws those lines from LLDP/CDP neighbour data, and the program only queries it when the LLDP and CDP columns are visible in the main port list. If those columns are hidden, the next scan skips the neighbour info and the map has nothing to draw.

Please try this:
  1. Right-click the column header in the main port list, then choose Visible Columns.
  2. Re-enable LLDP and CDP.
  3. Make sure all your switches are in the device list (your current map should be showing all the same switches as the old map, regardless of the connection lines).
  4. Run a fresh scan, making sure all switches are selected for the scan (all checkboxes ticked), and reopen the Topology Map upon completion.

Let us know whether this brings the connection lines back. If not, we will investigate further.
