Access violation error when trying to connect remotely 25 May 2021, 12:26

I installed it on a remote computer in our LAN successfully, but I get this error message when I try to connect from the console on my machine:

That's an odd error and the referenced memory address doesn't seem valid. It is likely that the EXE file was corrupted. Try downloading a fresh copy of NetGenuis and installing it over.
