I am impressed with your software. I particularly like that your Connection Quality Monitor monitors the PC when no one is using it. The only wish I have for this program is to add the minimize to system tray icon option.

Currently, when the computer is used, I have to manually click the icon on the taskbar to open the program. The functionality of this program would be greatly improved if there were an option for the program to minimize to the system tray as an icon. This way I would know it will continue to monitor the PC regardless of who is actually logged on.

My father has been having a lot of internet dropouts at home over the last couple of years with FttN installation and no affordable options to upgrade to FttP except via 100/40 FttP plans with our provider, which are too much for an elderly man to afford. So I am gathering evidence to take to the Telecommunication Ombudsman, as with all the dropouts it can take up to 15-20 minutes to reconnect to the ISP. Such delay can put his life at risk in case of a medical emergency. I find the Connection Quality Monitor program very valuable for resolving this situation. Keep up the great work.

The reason why there is no tray icon for Connection Quality Monitor is that this product functions as a service (it runs in the background even when it is not explicitly visible), and the graphic interface needs to be opened only to look at the results.

Also, Connection Quality Monitor is intended mainly for industrial/business use. For home users, our NetWorx product may be more convenient. You can have a look at the "How to use NetWorx for monitoring your Internet connection and ensuring its high quality" article and download the free 30-day trial to see if NetWorx suits your needs better.
