How to record a log for proving the internet service interruptions

I have a problem with my internet provider, where every day at 8 am they disconnect and restart the internet. I would like to prove this, but Ping Monitor does not keep a log. When I click on the bottom graph to show 24-hour or 7-day data, it simply says: No Data Available. In the settings, I have already set it to Keep History Indefinitely. How can I solve this?

The Ping Monitor app is designed primarily as a real-time availability monitor and its built-in graphs only reflect the current session, so they won't help you prove a recurring daily outage after the fact.

For what you're trying to document, we recommend our other product, NetWorx, which has a dedicated Connection Monitor feature that keeps a persistent downtime log with exact timestamps and durations. It's free to try for 30 days.

After installing NetWorx, enable the Connection Monitor feature in the popup menu accessible via right-click on the NetWorx app icon in the notification area. Leave it running for a couple of days and it will capture each disconnection automatically. You can then get a full list of your service outages (see the "Connection quality monitoring" chapter in NetWorx user manual), which is exactly the kind of evidence you need to present to your ISP.
