Controlling bandwith in DSL PPPOE   24 June 2006, 16:24

Hi! I have installed Bandwidth Manager in a server with Windows XP, i have 2 computers with crossover...the server have a DSL pppoe conexion and i share it to the other computer i dont know how to limit the DSL to the client without limit all the lan... I probe in Interface wan network interface...

That's easy. If your second computer has address 192.168.0.2 then your rules might be as follows
Rule #1: Fast LAN
 Protocol: TCP/UDP
 Direction: Both
 Source: Range: 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255
 Destination: Range: 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255
 Interface: LAN

Rule #2: Second PC
 Protocol: TCP/UDP
 Direction: Both
 Source: 192.168.0.2
 Destination: Any IP address
 Interface: LAN
