Limiting the up/dl speed for a PC connected via twisted lan cable

Hi Guys,

I got an 3072/512 xdsl connection, I'm the host nd i want to limit the inet speed for the second pc,
we r connected via twisted lan cable...
i want to limit the speed to 20kbyte/s download and 10kbyte/s upload

what would be the rules for them
thank u in advance

btw lan ip
my lan ip is 192.168.0.1 / 255.255.255.0
and second pc 192.168.0.3

Make your rules like these:
Rule #1: Client N1 - Download
 Protocol: TCP/UDP
 Rate: 20 KB/s
 Direction: Both
 Source: Any IP address
 Destination: 192.168.0.2 (a client)
 Interface: the one connected to the LAN

Rule #2: Client N1 - Upload
 Protocol: TCP/UDP
 Rate: 10 KB/s
 Direction: Both
 Source: 192.168.0.2 (a client)
 Destination: Any IP address
 Interface: the one connected to the LAN
