Please describe how you configured the bandwidth manager.

Mind if I ad this...

If you're using the bridging function built in to Bandwidth Manager (Not Windows Bridging which doesn't function with bandwidth manager well, if at all), try changing your clients gateway address to 192.168.1.1, not 192.168.1.3. This should solve your problem IF using the bridging feature of Bandwidth Manager.

Bandwidth Managers bridging feature is the easiest way to get it up and running quickly and makes it transparent between your existing router and clients. The bridging function shouldn't take the place of your default gateway address on your clients.

Unless you were using IP forwarding/routing in Windows, then this would be a little more complex and only then would gateway addresses start to change from your setup before installing Bandwidth Manager.

Cheers,
Gavin.

Yes, now make your rules like this:
Rule #1:
 Protocol: TCP/UDP
 Direction: Both
 Rate: set as needed
 Source: 192.168.1.2 (a client)
 Destination: Any IP address
Interface: LAN (which points to the local network)

Rule #2:
 Protocol: TCP/UDP
 Direction: Both
 Rate: set as needed
 Source: 192.168.1.3 (a client)
 Destination: Any IP address
Interface: LAN (which points to the local network)
and so on.

Sometimes you can get the answer faster if you try the forum search and/or have a look at the software user manual to see if your question has already been answered.
