Bandwidth limit for an IP range: will they share the bandwidth or get the limit each?

Started by socheat

If I add one rule, say 512 kbps, to an IP range (e.g. 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.10), will all those IP share 512, or will they get 512 kbps each?

This will share the 512 Kbps limit among these IP addresses.
