Batch move of rules

I know you can move rules up & down by using ctrl-U/D or drag and drop, but can I move more than 1 rule at a time. Like, highlight 20 rules and then move them all up or down together?

No, but you can drag'n'drop them to the final location one by one with a mouse, that would be faster than moving them up and down.
