Upgrading from 3.0.8 to 3.1.2   01 August 2015, 01:37

Hello,

I have a licence for the software that worked from version 2.x.x to version 3.0.8. I then noticed that there is a new version, so I installed it to discover that it refused my licence. When I uninstalled it and went back to 3.0.8, it refused to connect to 'localhost'. Upon checking the 'Services', I noticed that the "Bandwidth Manager's" service can't be started for some reason -- says that it stopped automatically.

Would you please help me solve this problem?

Thank you,
Ahmed

There should be an error written in the Windows Event Log. Does it say anything there?

I had to reinstall windows, and I installed 3.0.8 just after, so I don't have the problem any more.

Thank you for your reply though.

Sorry we don't keep older versions of our software, especially over 5 years old.

We however provide a 50% discount on licence renewals and I have e-mailed you a link to discounted renewal.

Sometimes you can find a solution faster if you try the forum search, have a look at the knowledge base, or check the software user manual to see if your question has already been answered.

Our forum rules are simple:

  • Write in English. If possible, check your spelling and grammar.
