What does Wan Interface (BH) mean, there is IP, Ip6 and BH

NDISWAN interfaces are used internally by Windows when connecting to a WAN link like dial-up or ISDN.

They are not used much these days and the most recent releases of Bandwidth Manager do not display these adapters.
