How to make sure that speed limit rules always apply, even after restart 11 February 2026, 09:28

Hello. I have a question:
If I close Bandwidth Manager or restart my PC, will the speed limit rules be active at next Windows startup?
If not, what should I do to make those limits rules be active all the time?

Bandwidth Manager is implemented as a system service, so it runs all the time while your PC is on, regardless of whether the management console is running or not.
