I have a small network i'm sure that the rules are correct i've set up a separate rule for every client , i use ICS
at the beginning everything was just fine but unfortionately
one day i was infected by spyware ,and have to format C:
with a new win 2003 server and the program installed ,rules imported but there are no limits ... can you tell me how exactly can i limit my clients step by step over win 2003 ... with ICS or somethnig else but not proxy , please be specific

Are there any differences between previous and the current configurations? How do your rules look like?
Also, please check the bandwidth manager event log if the trial period expired.
