Probably you are getting the MAC address of a router. If these two IP addresses are behind a router, you would be getting the same (but router's) MAC address.

Andrew... you have a solution for this ?

I have a Wireless ISP... When I get a MAC Address of a client connected to a Access Point (in client mode) what you say happen.

I resolve my problem chosing the IP control, But this is affecting the security, because anyone can modify the IP of the machine... The other solution is: Control the traffic directly on the Router chosing the MAC control, but the machines conected to the router will share the Kbps.

I want control my Network only with MAC Control... You have a solution for this ?

PS: Sorry... I am from Brazil and I am still learn english.

If you are using wireless, I am not sure.
How does your network look like? It is like
<Client 1>..<Client N> - <AP> - <The Internet>?
If so, where have you placed the bandwidth manager?

Ok... I will try to explain better... laugh

<Client 1>..<Client N> - <AP (Bridge)> - <Proxy Server with Bandwidth Manager> <The Internet>

Some clients have many computers... and he need a Access Point in Client Mode to connect more of one computer... when I try to lookup a MAC Address of a computer, the program return a MAC of AP connected to computer.

Probably the AP substitute wireless MACs to its own one. Unfortunately, there is nothing to do with that, your only option is to use IP addresses.
