G'Day All, I have a question about this software and although I think i already know what the answer is going to be, I decided to check with you all to confirm. (the worst..lol)

I have a SINGLE computer connected to a WIRELESS ROUTER which connects directly to the internet.

I live with a couple of mates and we all use the same computer.

I am wanting to evenly distribute the bandwidth to each of us here on a SINGLE machine, for example (10GB - Me, 10GB - Mate 1, 10GB - Mate 2) - Possibly with a "login style" box before the internet connects.

Does this software do anything like this?

Thanks Guys

No, it does not. However you can try the freeware NetWorx application which will let you know how much bandwidth each of you consumes. It does not enforce any limits though, but merely tells you how much was used and by whom.
