Hi,

can i install a system service remotely?

Example im on pc A " with Control tool gui " (2 floor )and want a system service on pc B (3 floor)

Sorry, it can't be installed remotely. However, it can be quickly deployed by using the following command line switches (BWMSETUP.EXE):

/NORESTART
Instructs Setup not to reboot even if it's necessary.

/DIR="x:\dirname"
Overrides the default directory. A fully qualified pathname must be specified.

/COMPONENTS="svc"
Installs the service component only (no shortcuts, GUI, etc)

/SILENT, /VERYSILENT
Instructs Setup to be silent or very silent. When Setup is silent the wizard and the background window are not displayed but the installation progress window is. When a setup is very silent this installation progress window is not displayed.
