How to convert old XML logs to new DataBase format   07 October 2016, 02:45

Is there a way to convert the old XML logs to the new sqlite database format? I got a new pc 3 months ago, backed up my old networx logs (dating back to early 2012) which output XML, but the new versions lack an XML import (or convert) feature? At least none that I can find.

You need to upgrade the installed instance to the latest version first, then create a .DB backup, and after that move it to the new computer. There's no direct way to convert XML to DB.

Dang. there goes 5+ years of logs sad
Oh well. Thanks for the great program

wait... idea: install an older version, import xml, update, and I'd have the old logs?
if possible, is there an old version link I could get? not finding one on the product page.

Sorry we don't keep older versions, here's a better idea. Please send us your XML file and we'll convert to a DB file for you.
