Ignoring SSH or Remote Desktop traffic   27 January 2015, 11:37

I'm am connecting to my Windows machine via WAN -> SSH -> Remote Desktop (SSH/RD same server). When I select "Ignore local traffic within the LAN", it also ignores my SSH/Remote Desktop traffic.

I also created an exclusion range of IP Address (1.1.1.1 thru 1.1.1.2), which don't even exist; thinking everything else would be included.

Where are you connecting from?

My understanding is if you connect from outside your home network through a forwarded port on the router, it would be regarded as local traffic. This is because from NetWorx's point of view this traffic originates from the router, which has a local address, and ends up on your computer, which also has a local address.
