Using window7 on both pc's, both wired connections, I have:
-checked the synchronization box on both computers
-entered the ip of the other computer in the "sync computer with ip addresses" box
Is there something else i should be doing. Please help, thanks.

Tried that, no change. Does it matter the location of the the networks files? What else could be the problem?
Settings are:
computer 1:
Sync broadcast target address - 192.168.0.255 (got this from a previous post)
Sync computer with ip addresses - 192.168.0.10
computer 2:
Sync broadcast target address - 192.168.0.255 (got this from a previous post)
Sync computer with ip addresses - 192.168.0.11

The At a Glance tab is one the tabs in the Usage Reports section. Perhaps the sync did work in the first place, check this tab if there's info from the other computer:
The Sync Broadcast Target address determines the address to send broadcast announcements to. When the sync is on, NetWorx announces its presence to other instances by sending a broadcast packet within the current LAN subnet, so when two instances find each other they can perform the sync.
Yet like I said, check the At a Glance tab, as the sync could have worked.
