Custom daily quota reset time

Custom daily quota reset time 07 June 2015, 02:25

Anyone know how to setup the quota time? As we know quota resets at 12:00am when set at daily, but my ISP resets daily at 4:00am. How can i set it to reset at 4:00am not 12:00am? thanks
