ISP says used 10Gb+ broadband, Networx says 1.5Gb

Started by Dave

Hello
Our ISP - BT says we have exceeded our 10Gb broadband limit this month but the Networx usage report says we have only used 1.5Gb which is about our normal usage. Can you please tell me if the Networx figures include WiFi downloads as there have been a few of these? Otherwise is there any explanation for the big difference in the figures?
Thanks
