Are you using the portable version? As the help mentions

Quote

The Ignore local traffic within the LAN option enables NetWorx to take into account only your Internet traffic, excluding all local communications.
...
This feature requires a network driver that comes with the installation package. It is not available in the portable edition.

If you are using the installer, make sure you have selected the option to install LAN traffic filtering driver.

Usually the problem is that it either was not installed because it was de-selected during the installation or an antivirus product on your computer may have blocked it.

You have to install it (it needs to be selected during the installation), if that's what you are asking.
