Error message: External Exception C06D007E

Error message: External Exception C06D007E 01 November 2015, 01:08

I am running Win7 and NetWorx 5.4.2 - 32 bit (latest version).

I want to use the Usage Report feature to track the traffic usage by applications. I turned on the Ignore LAN traffic option, but when I exit, the error message "External exception C06D007E" appears.

I tried both the install and portable versions of NetWorx. I also tried both the WFD and TDI LAN drivers options.

Any advice what I can do to fix this error?

This error indicates that one of the DLL files or their dependencies could not be found.
Unfortunately, from your description I can't tell which specific DLL it is. You did the right thing in trying both the installed and portable versions, however, since the error persists, it is also a good idea to check if any security software on your computer is blocking the files.
