Cannot get 5.5 to install on Win 10

Cannot get 5.5 to install on Win 10 21 January 2016, 18:04

Windows 10, running as admin. Have downloaded twice. Get this same error message every time: "Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted. Error 5:access denied."

All earlier versions installed without error.

Suggestions?

It seems to be a pretty common issue when security permissions on a temporary folder are incorrect. Please see this thread for options you can try.

There's also a good chance your antivirus silently blocks the installation, so try turning it off.
