Hello!
How to set up my NAS Synology with Networx?

On a remote desktop (192.168.1.165), I install Networx with these settings: I ticked SNMP, wrote the NAS IP (192.168.1.5), chose the WAN interface (eth1).
It seems to work...
With these settings, Networx monitors all traffic with the NAS. But I would to monitor only traffic between NAS and gateway (192.168.1.1). An advice? A trick? Impossible?

Impossible, I'm afraid. The SNMP counters provide the number of bytes sent and received over an interface, but there is no way to separate it by IP address.

Nope, unless there is some kind of app for the NAS itself.
