"Not a valid date and time" error message

"Not a valid date and time" error message   24 July 2016, 06:05

Hello,
When i want to view per month and At a glance report, show me this (attachment) error message.
I also change date and time. Also change short and long date and time format.
Please help me.

When exactly does this message pop up?

Generally this suggests you have an incorrect record in the NetWorx database.

If you backup your usage to a .DB file, compress to ZIP and send to us, I may be able to tell what happened.

Sometimes you can get the answer faster if you try the forum search and/or have a look at the software user manual to see if your question has already been answered.
